7 DEADLY SINS X ASIA ARGENTO

'Who below you are without sin, throw the first stone on her

- Jesus (John 8: 7)

Together with Asia Argento, a collection was created that deals with the 7 deadly sins. The idea for this collection came to me in early 2016 in a hotel room in Las Vegas. Our mutual friend Adamski gave me her contact and I asked her to draw the 7 deadly sins. This collection was created from her drawings.

Sin is deeply human and has been part of our culture since the dawn of time. But remember, it is not the whore who is the sinner, not the drunkard, homeless or drug addict, not the thief who steals out of desperation, not the refugee who is forced to work illegally in the fields. The real sin is the destruction of the environment out of greed for profit, the burgeoning populism, ruthless production in low-wage countries, corporations without scruples, borders between people and refusing help!

In these difficult times, we want to give everyone the opportunity to buy a sin necklace made from 100% recycled material, fairly produced in our studio in Hamburg. That's why we offer the chain in two price ranges: the fashion jewelry version made of gold-plated or rhodium-plated brass for €77, of which 30% of the total price (€23.10) is donated, and for the larger purse the same chain, but made of sterling silver gold-plated or rhodium-plated for €166.60 of which 50% of the total price (€83.30) will be donated.

We donate to people in Rome who need help. With this campaign, Asia Argento gives up 100% of its shares in the sale of the chains in favor of the fundraising campaign! So pick your favorite sin and make something good out of it, because:

"Hell's hottest place is for those who remain neutral in times of crisis."

- Dante Alighieri

»Who among you is without sin, cast the first stone!«

- Jesus (John 8: 7)

In collaboration with the actress and director Asia Argento, I created a collection inspired by the 7 deadly sins. The idea for this collection came to my mind at the beginning of 2016 in a hotel room in Las Vegas. Adamski, a mutual friend, gave me the contact of Asia and I asked her if she would be willing to draw the 7 deadly sins for this project. This collection was created from his drawings.

The concept of sin is deeply human and has accompanied our culture since its creation. But we must keep in mind that the real sinner is not the whore, nor the drunkard, nor the homeless, nor the drug addict. It is not the thieves who steal out of desperation, nor the refugees who have to work illegally in the fields. The real sin is the destruction of the environment through greed for profit, resurgent populism, the exploitation of workers for production in low-wage countries, unscrupulous society and the creation of artificial borders between people.

In this difficult time we want to give everyone the opportunity to buy a necklace made from 100% recycled material, produced fairly in our Hamburg studio. That's why we offer necklaces in two price ranges: the costume jewelery version made of gold-plated or rhodium-plated brass for € 77, of which 30% of the total price (€ 23.10) will be donated. And for the larger wallet we offer the same necklace, but cast in solid silver, gold plated or rhodium plated, for € 166.60, of which 50% of the total price (€ 83.30) will be donated.

We donate to people in Rome who need help. In this campaign, Asia Argento donated 100% of her share in the sale of the necklaces to fundraising for the Community of Sant’Egidio. So pick your favorite sin and get something good out of it, because:

"The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who remain neutral in times of great moral crisis"

- Dante Alighieri

SLOTH

Laziness, letting the morning sun fall on your face, staggering, sleepily dawning into the day, wonderful. In the end, heave yourself out of the bathtub filled with red wine, because you don't feel like being bored anymore, with fresh ideas. One of my favorite sins.

Pride

Proud. If someone wants to defame you because of your skin color, sexual orientation, age, or anything else, be proud of your difference. What else should such cretins be proud of? Attempting to hurt others?

Pride. If someone wants to slander you because of your skin color, sexual orientation, age, or whatever, be proud of that. What should these jerks be proud of - in trying to hurt others?

LUST

Probably the most difficult and universal sin! Humans are made of flesh and blood. There is no love without desire, our desires drive us. As long as lust and sexual desire are consensual, anything goes!

Lust. Probably the hardest sin as it affects everyone directly! Humans are made of hot flesh and blood. No love without lust, desire guides us, but: no means no, period!

Greed

Greed. Arguably the worst facet of this sin is greed. It leads to a standstill and is fuel for the mills of the populists. Greed is pure fear. Probably the most beautiful facet is the curiosity about how life can long for knowledge, for education and enlightenment - against fear!

Avarice. The worst facet of this sin is greed which leads to immobility and is fuel for populist mills. Greed is pure fear. Probably in its best sense it is greed for knowledge and learning - an antidote to fear!

envy

Envy, a sin that, viewed through a magnifying glass, must be the godfather for so many things. Take a great building, a church, a rogue who thinks the master builder didn't want to add something to an already existing structure. But for heaven's sake don't be envious of the pathetic display of tasteless luxury goods - every flower meadow, every thunderstorm, yes every rusty nail is more beautiful.

Envy, a sin that, seen through a magnifying glass, has to endure so many things. Like a large building, a church: only a fool might think that the architect hadn't wanted to make an even bigger one. But for heaven's sake, don't be jealous of the modern and insipid goods of lyssos. Every flower meadow, every storm, yes, even every ingrown nail is more meaningful.

WRATH

Anger, I want to have the rage hammered through the speakers to my temples at a punk concert. That's where she belongs. Not to the war zones of this earth!

Anger, I want to blast my concentrate of anger through the speakers to my temples at a punk concert. There it belongs. Not to war zones on earth!

Gluttony

Excessiveness, especially in times like these one longs for a feast together, a fully set table and that's right! But not every damn day, like a rampant anthill that eats everything in its way.

Throat. An excess, especially at times like these, you want a dinner with your beloved person, a table set full of delicacies. But not every damn day, like hungry ants devouring everything in their path.
