CARE AND REPAIRS
We pay great attention to the quality of our products! In order to be able to present you with a large variety of colors and contents, we use a wide variety of goldsmithing techniques. So that you can enjoy your piece of jewelery for a long time, we recommend that you read and follow our care information.
Remove your jewelery before washing your hands, using perfume or lotion. The particles of these cosmetics, which cannot be removed with a quick wash, can settle in hard-to-reach places and combine to form a corrosive mixture that can lead to premature wear of the metal over time. This also applies to the use of cleaning products in the home .Also avoid contact with salt water. This can attack gemstones as well as precious metals and cause lasting damage. Avoid bumps and scratches. Always keep your jewelry individually in the original boxes. Store necklaces closed and lying flat. Particular care should be taken with fire enamel pieces as this is fused glass and improper handling can chip it. Gold plating can wear over time depending on wear and tear. This is a natural process, but it can be avoided with proper treatment (see above).
Every piece of jewelery shows signs of wear over time. This is normal and we think it's nice when a piece of jewelry speaks of life and develops its own patina over time. Nevertheless, we also offer the restoration and repair of your jewelry. In this case please contact:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact details and the original purchase receipt with your item. We recommend that you pack the item securely and send it by insured postage. Please give us a week for a repair estimate. Once we have completed our assessment, we will provide you with detailed repair information and a cost estimate for the repair.

Fire enamel or "real enamel" is a natural product made from melted glass, which develops a very special charm due to its delicate and slightly irregular color, which is created by firing at high temperatures, which only real enamel can produce. Cold enamel is a synthetic resin mixed with color pigments that hardens without heating.
We receive our diamonds from the oldest diamond cutting company in Germany, which as a matter of principle only imports diamonds from legitimate sources, of natural origin, and in accordance with the enacted standards UN Resolution 1171, 1173, 1306 and 1343 stand.
We do not use nickel or cobalt, which are known to be the main triggers for allergic reactions in the jewelry segment. However, it can happen that people react to silver or gold with a contact allergy. It is therefore not possible for us to rule this out 100%.
The complete production is located in Germany. All products (jewellery) are designed and manufactured in our manufactory in Hamburg. Since the topic of sustainability is very important to us, we only work with a small warehouse and prefer to manufacture our jewelry on request in order to conserve resources and remain exclusive.
